  4. I found these recipes in The Barkeepers Helper.  Hope you enjoy them.

  7. ALMERIA
  8.  
  9. 1-1/2 ounces run
  10. 1 ounce brandy
  11. 1 ounce coffee
  12. 1 egg white
  13.  
  14. Blend the ingredients with ice cubes.  Strain into a glass.

  17. BOURBON FOG
  18.  
  19. 1 quart bourbon
  20. 1 quart strong coffee
  21. 1 quart vanilla ice-cream
  22.  
  23. Chill the coffee.  Mix all the ingredients in a punch bowl.  Serve with
  24. a small amount of ice.

  27. CAFE AMARETTO
  28.  
  29. 1/2 ounce Amaretto
  30. 1/2 ounce Kahlua
  31. 1 cup hot coffee
  32. whipped cream

  34. Pour the liqeurs into the coffee and top with the whipped cream.

  37. CAFE ROYAL

  43. Put sugar cube well soaked in brandy in a teaspoon:  ignite.  When flame is
  44. out, drop into the coffee.

  47. ICED COFFEE FILLIP

  49. 2 teaspoons Kahlua
  50. cooled strong coffee

  52. Mix together in a glass and chill before serving.

  55. IRISH COFFEE

  57. 1-1/2 ounces Irish whiskey
  58. 1 teaspoon sugar
  59. hot coffee
  60. 1 ounce cream

  62. Warm a glass in hot water.  Pour out the water and add sugar, whiskey, and
  63. cream.  Be sure to add the cream last so that it floats on top.

  66. ITALIAN COFFEE

  68. 1-1/2 ounce Amaretto
  69. 1-1/2 teaspoon coffee ice-cream
  70.  
  71. Mix the above in a glass and fill with hot coffee.  Sprinkle with ground
  72. coriander.

  75. JAMAICAN COFFEE

  77. 1 ounce coffee brandy
  78. 1 ounce light rum
  79.  
  80. Mix together in a glass.  Fill the glass with hot coffee.  Sprinkle with
  81. nutmeg.

  84. MEXICAN COFFEE

  86. 1 ounce Kahlua
  87. 1/2 ounce tequila
  88. very hot coffee
  89. whipped cream

  91. Mix the liquids in a glass.  Top with the whipped cream.
